Switch Parental Controls app has been updated; mentions Switch firmware v5.0

Using the Nintendo Switch Parental Controls app, add specific software titles to your whitelist to exclude them from the console's Parental Controls Restricted Software setting. The switch still doesn't have Netflix app for some reason.

Only time will tell in regards to these choices, but until Nintendo decides to let us in on a few more secrets, we want to know who YOU would include in your ideal Smash Bros Switch roster. This despite the console being perhaps the hottest thing in the gaming world now, and despite overwhelming clamor over its hybrid functionalities.

The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller grip colors will now display in the Controllers menu.

But only Hulu is available on the console, and many fans are scratching their heads as to why Netflix, perhaps the most popular video streaming service in the world, still isn't.

Now, Scott Mirer, Netflix's vice president of Device Partner Ecosystem, has shared some more details during a press Q&A panel in Silicon Valley on why the company has yet to strike a deal with Nintendo. As Mobile Syrup reports, Mirer said Nintendo was focused on gaming for its launch year.

Mirer seems to be suggesting that the onus lies with Nintendo to get Netflix onto Switch and that Netflix is ready and willing to try and make it happen. It is seen that the machine is easy to work and Netflix is already on every platform like TVs, Phones, Tablets, Gaming consoles.
